You stand behind your work
Every job carries Proptiva’s Workmanship Guarantee to the client: 12 months on installation and building work, 6 months on minor repairs. As a vendor you agree to return and correct faults in your own work, at your cost, within that period. We inspect first, and damage from misuse, wear and tear, storms or other people’s work is never put on you.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. Applying and being part of the network is free. You quote for each job, and the agreed price is what you’re paid.
What happens after I apply?
A member of our team reviews every application. If you’re a good fit, we’ll contact you to check your experience, references and examples of your work, then take you through onboarding.
How and when do I get paid?
Each job has an agreed scope and price. When the work is complete, it’s inspected; once it passes and is approved, payment is released. Larger jobs can be paid in agreed milestones.
Where do you have work?
Our clients’ properties are mainly in Lagos and Abuja, with work in Accra too. Tell us where you operate and we’ll match you to jobs nearby.
What is the Workmanship Guarantee?
Clients get a guarantee on the work we arrange: 12 months for installation and building work, 6 months for minor repairs. If a fault is caused by your workmanship in that period, you come back and put it right at your cost. We always inspect first and share the findings.
Can I work directly with clients I meet through Proptiva?
No. Clients come to us for the oversight and the guarantee, so all work and payments for Proptiva clients go through Proptiva.
